ACCESSIBILITY & ASSISTANCE

Accessibility at Victory. Help should be easier to reach.

We are working to make this website useful to people with disabilities, older adults and anyone who prefers a simpler way to find pharmacy information. Our target is WCAG 2.2 AA practice across the public site, with a direct phone and email path when the web is not the right tool.

A PRACTICAL STANDARD

Every visitor should have a clear way forward

We review the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA patterns as the content and technology change. This statement describes the current website practices and support route; it is not a legal certification or a promise that every third-party service is accessible.

Need an alternative right away?

Call the pharmacy and ask for help with the information you need. We do not ask you to send prescriptions, insurance cards or health information through this website.

BUILT-IN SUPPORT

Ways the website supports access

You can read the guides and follow page links even if interactive features do not load. Optional search, filters and checklists help you find and prepare the information you need.

Keyboard and switch access

Skip-to-content navigation, logical headings and visible focus styles help visitors move through the site without a mouse. Menus and panels can be opened, closed with Escape and used with a keyboard.

Screen readers and low vision

Pages use semantic landmarks, descriptive image alternatives, labelled controls and responsive layouts. Content remains readable when text is enlarged or a browser reflows the page.

Motion and sensory needs

The site honors a reduced-motion preference and does not autoplay video or audio. Information is conveyed with text and labels instead of color or animation alone.

Touch and dexterity

Primary controls have generous touch targets, clear labels and simple alternatives. Service search, guide filters and preparation checklists remain usable on small screens.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP

Tell us what would make the site easier

If a page, image, document or control is difficult to use, please describe the problem and the page address. You can contact the pharmacy without sharing personal health information.

KEEPING THE INFORMATION HONEST

Known limits and review

Documents and external services

We maintain the downloadable medication worksheet. Its PDF includes a document title, language, reading order and table headers for assistive technology. It is a blank sheet to print and complete by hand; the medication-list page also provides readable prompts for a digital list.

External map links and public health websites are controlled by their publishers. Their accessibility and availability may vary. Our pages include plain-language instructions and a phone fallback.

How we respond

We review reported barriers, correct the source when we can and record the page and assistive technology involved. If the web cannot meet your need, call the pharmacy so a team member can help you find the next step.

Website accessibility review date: September 13, 2026. Business hours and service availability should still be confirmed directly with Victory.
